BrainyGrains provides health coaching delivered by human nutrition and fitness specialists. Plans, consultations, and follow-ups are created and conducted by people on our team, not generated automatically.

Coaching begins with a consultation you explicitly request. Specialist assignment, plan creation, and plan revisions happen as part of your ongoing coaching relationship and are not automatic or instant.

Subscriptions are activated by our team following your consultation. Online checkout is not currently available; billing and activation are handled directly with our team.

The service is intended for your own personal health coaching. Please provide accurate information so your specialists can build a plan that's actually right for you.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
